Weekend Workshops
The Making Strides Foundation’s Weekend Workshops are engaging, inclusive, hands-on learning experiences designed for children and young adults of all abilities. Hosted at the farm, each workshop blends education, creativity and meaningful interaction with our horses in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Each session features a unique theme and is tailored to a specific age group, allowing participants to explore new interests, build skills and connect with peers—while learning alongside our specially trained staff and therapy horses. Workshops may include unmounted horse-related learning, creative activities, sensory-friendly experiences and age-appropriate movement and teamwork activities.

Whether your child is brand new to the farm or already familiar with horses, Weekend Workshops offer a fun and enriching way to learn, grow confidence and experience the magic of the barn—one Saturday at a time.

Please note: Space is limited for each workshop to ensure a high-quality, inclusive experience for all participants.
