3rd Annual Summer Showcase Horse Show

Join us July 11-13, 2025 at the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds in Greensburg for a weekend full of equestrian excitement, community connection and impactful fundraising! This family-friendly event features competitive riding classes, a student competition, costume class benefiting the Saving Grace Equine Rescue, concessions, Tessa's Tack and Western Store and more—all in support of our mission to provide inclusive equine-assisted services for children and young adults with disabilities.

STALL INFORMATION

Gates open at 11am Friday, July 11 for check-in. No arrivals earlier than 11am. Shavings available for pre-order. Horses may NOT be tied to trailers overnight. Fees are as follows:

$70.00 per stall/tack stall for weekend
$9.00 per bag of shavings
$10.00 haul-in horses, paid upon arrival

CAMPING

Camping is $30.00 per night. All golf carts on the grounds must be insured.

Stalls and camper hookups reservations must be reserved and paid for prior to show by June 20th.

Sponsorships are essential to helping our clients thrive. Tax-deductible donations help keep the out-of-pocket costs low for the families we serve.

We offer various levels of sponsorship to businesses and individuals. Your sponsorship helps support classes, awards, judges’ fees & more!

This sponsorship form with payment must be completed to reserve your sponsorship. Sponsorships are now closed. All sponsorships are nonrefundable donations to the Making Strides Foundation.

The Making Strides Foundation provides licensed occupational and speech therapy services and adaptive horseback riding lessons to children and young adults living with disabilities. All proceeds of the Summer Showcase Charity Horse Show directly benefit priority programs at the Making Strides Foundation. The Making Strides Foundation is a 501c3 tax-exempt corporation and all donations are tax deductible.
